These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website — www.hamtaorchardandresort.in — and any bookings or services made through it. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. General Information
Hamta Orchard and Resort operates a hospitality property offering luxury glamping domes and mud house accommodations located in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India.
These Terms apply to all website visitors, guests, and customers.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
To confirm a booking, guests must pay the required advance amount as stated during the booking process.
The balance payment (if applicable) must be made before or upon check-in.
We accept payments through authorized online gateways, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
Any fraudulent or unauthorized transaction will result in cancellation of booking without refund.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Guest:
Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: 80% refund of the advance amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in: No refund.
No-shows or early check-outs will not be eligible for any refund.
Cancellation by Resort:
In rare cases (e.g., natural calamities, maintenance issues, government restrictions), we may cancel your booking and offer a full refund or rescheduling option.
4. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in time: 1:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driver’s License) at check-in.
5. Guest Responsibility
Guests must maintain decorum, cleanliness, and respect for the property and staff.
Any damage caused to property, furniture, or amenities during stay will be charged to the guest.
Loud music or nuisance that disturbs other guests or the natural environment is strictly prohibited.
Illegal activities or possession of prohibited substances will result in immediate eviction without refund.
6. Liability
While we take utmost care to ensure your safety and comfort, Hamta Orchard and Resort is not liable for:
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Injury, accident, or illness occurring during your stay unless caused by proven negligence on our part.
Events beyond our control such as weather, power outages, roadblocks, or natural disasters.
7. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse or attempt unauthorized access to our website or its data.
Content (text, images, logos, etc.) on this website is the property of Hamta Orchard and Resort and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect limited personal information solely for booking and communication purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details (I can write this separately if you want).
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Manali / Himachal Pradesh courts.
