Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Hamta Orchard and Resort. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve designed a clear and fair cancellation policy.
1. Guest-Initiated Cancellations
7 days or more before check-in: 80% refund of the advance amount.
Within 7 days of check-in: No refund.
No-shows or early check-outs: No refund.
2. Resort-Initiated Cancellations
In exceptional cases (such as natural calamities, maintenance work, or government restrictions), the resort reserves the right to cancel your booking.
Guests will be offered either:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule their stay for future dates.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the cancellation date.
Refunds are issued via the same mode of payment used during booking.
Transaction or payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Group Bookings or Special Packages
Special offers, discounted stays, or group bookings may have different cancellation terms. These will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
